Every eulogy is written for you with care. We don't treat this like a typical purchase — we treat it like helping you through a hard moment.
If we don't deliver in time
You're refunded automatically. Standard orders are delivered in 15 minutes. Phone-consult and recording orders are delivered within 24 hours. If we miss the window for your tier, we'll email you and process a full refund.
If the eulogy isn't quite right
We'll regenerate it for you up to two times at no cost. If a specific change would help (shorter, mention someone, different tone), we'll make one small revision for you. If after all of that it still isn't what you needed, we'll refund you in full.
